Agenda

Agenda. An agenda shall be developed for each meeting. Items shall be placed on the agenda with the approval of the Chair or Executive Director at least four days prior to the meeting except in cases of a called special meeting. The agenda shall provide the outline for the meeting. However, the Board may consider and take action on items that are not on the agenda.
