Purpose Only authorized persons engaged in port and related vessel activities are permitted within the fenced areas of the Port Loitering, fishing, is strictly prohibited. Trespassers are subject to immediate expulsion from these areas and persons resisting expulsion are subject to arrest by local law enforcement agencies.
