Design Requirements The design of said documents is left to the discretion of the agent, however, must include the firm’s logo/name, commodity, storage location, date, and signature of person issuing the release. Said agencies will further be held liable to provide a list of authorized signature elements within their organization to the Captain of Security, a copy of which will also be provided by the concerned agency to the Port Operations/MSPA.
