Implementation and Filing of Policies by Agency Agencies housing/storing cargo equipment, supplies, etc. within the industrial area of the State Port Authority at Gulfport will develop and implement policies/procedures to ensure the internal control and protection of their dock release/receipts, and to ensure currency of their signature authority letter(s) on file with the Captain of Security and MSPA Deputy Director of Operations.
