Emphasis of this Policy The emphasis of the MSPA Conflict of Interest Policy is disclosure and review of potential conflicts of the MSPA in order to prevent conduct which would reflect unfavorably upon the Port, the Board of Commissioners, and/or its officers and/or employees.
