Policy Statement The Mississippi State Port Authority at Gulfport is committed to providing a respectful, supportive and productive workplace for all employees that is free of verbal, physical, and visual forms of unlawful harassment and violence or the threat of violence. One of MSPA’s core values is treating co-workers, customers, contractors, vendors and community members with respect. Consistent with that value, the Port does not tolerate unlawful harassment or violence or the threat of violence in the workplace.
