Staff, Contract Workers, and Independent Contractors. The Executive Director shall employ such staff as is authorized, contract workers and independent contractors as necessary for the conduct of the Board affairs. The basis for compensation of independent contractors shall be stated in the services contract. A qualified CPA - Investigator may be employed by the Board, whose duties shall include, but not be limited to investigation of complaints against CPAs and firm permit holders concerning charges of violations of the Act and/or the Rules and Regulations.
