Disciplinary Appeal. A. An accused may appeal the decision of the Board to the Circuit Court of Hinds County. B. An applicant may appeal the decision of the Circuit Court to the Mississippi Supreme Court. C. Further appeal shall be pursuant to any remedies available by law.
