Reinstatements Following Disciplinary Action. A. Any person or school whose license or provisional permit has been suspended as a result of a disciplinary action may totally reapply for licensure, including payment of all fees, one (1) year after the revocation of the license unless otherwise provided in a Board order. All current requirements for licensure must be met. B. The Board may, at its discretion, grant reinstatement of the license following a disciplinary appeal.
