Posting of Information The following items shall be posted conspicuously in the child care facility at all times: 1. Accessible to employees and parents: a. License. b. Daily activity schedule posted in each classroom. c. Menus and Food Service Permit, if applicable. d. Evacuation route. e. The facility operator shall also post next to the license, in plain view, a notice provided by the MSDH that informs the public of where and how they may report a complaint against the facility. 2. In kitchens: a. Menus. b. Evacuation route. 3. The evacuation route in all rooms utilized by children.
