Weapons Prohibited 1. There shall be no firearms or other dangerous weapons allowed in a child care facility. 2. If a facility is located in an occupied dwelling, all firearms shall be equipped with trigger locks and kept in a locked room out of the sight of all children. All other dangerous weapons shall be kept under lock in a room not accessible to children. 3. Other dangerous weapons include, but are not limited to, hunting knives, spears, machetes, archery equipment, etc.
