Applicants Under 21

Applicants Under 21 1. Any applicant between the ages of seventeen (17) and twenty-one (21) can only be issued a commercial license with a restriction “F” (in-state only). 2. Any applicant between the ages of seventeen (17) and twenty-one (21) cannot be issued a HAZ/MAT endorsement.
