Internet Renewal/Re-instatement Payments 1. Any payments made for license renewals, re-instatements, or motor vehicle records that are retracted for any reason will be handled in the same policy as a bad check. 2. The fees for a retracted payment via the internet will be the same. The person will pay the original fee, the internet fee ($3.00) plus the $10.00 fee if the person’s license is suspended. The person will need to contact Driver Services Headquarters at 601-987- 1200.
