Election and Terms A. Officers shall be elected at the first meeting after July 1 of each year or at the next regularly scheduled meeting after a vacancy occurs. B. Chair and Vice Chair are elected in terms of one (1) year. Each officer may not serve more than two (2) consecutive terms.
