Duties

Duties. A. The Chair shall: a) Preside at all Board meetings b) Sign the approved minutes of all meetings chaired c) Consult with the Executive Director and other Board members to set the agenda for said meeting d) Ensure that dates, times, places of meetings shall be posted pursuant to the Open Meetings Act B. The Vice Chair shall: a) Conduct all meetings when the Chairperson is absent b) Sign the approved minutes of all meetings chaired C. The Administrative Secretary to the Board shall: a) Insure that all approved minutes of Board meetings are submitted to the Executive Director b) Sign the approved minutes of all meetings
