Residential Use

Residential Use. It shall be unlawful for any Person to use any watercraft as a residence unless such watercraft has a functional toilet. Residential use shall include occupancy by one or more Persons as a temporary or permanent residence but shall not include occasional overnight or weekend accommodation.
