Monthly Pump Out

Monthly Pump Out. It shall be unlawful for any Person to use any watercraft as a
residence unless the holding tank on the watercraft is pumped out at least once each calendar
month. Evidence of compliance in the form of a certificate from the operator of a marina within
the Reservoir Project Area shall be maintained on the watercraft.
