Prohibition of Dangerous Animals. It shall be unlawful for any Person to keep or maintain any vicious, ferocious or dangerous animal unless such animal is kept or maintained solely for security purposes and is at all times kept within an enclosure sufficient to prevent escape and exposure to the public.
