Violations

Violations. Any Person who violates any provision of RPRO shall be subject to a fine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment not to exceed fifteen (15) days, or both the amount of the fine and the term of the imprisonment, within the maximum limit set by Section 51-9-127 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended, to be determined by the court.
