No Warranty by District. By adopting and undertaking to enforce RPRO, neither the District nor its Board of Directors, agents, or employees warrant or guarantee the safety, fitness, nor suitability of any Premises, Dwelling, Dwelling Unit, or Rental Unit located within the Reservoir Project Area. Owners and Tenants should take whatever lawful steps they deem appropriate to protect their interests, property, health, safety, and welfare.
