Playing of Radios, Television Sets, Etc. It shall be unlawful for any Person to play any radio, television set, phonograph, tape deck, compact disc player or other sound system or any musical instrument in such a manner or with such volume at any time or place, so as to annoy or disturb the quiet, comfort, repose of persons in any office or in any dwelling, hotel or other type of residence.
