Pre-application Guidance and Conference.
The Department will guidance regarding Project Information (Part 1) and Loan Application (Part
2) requirements to the potential loan applicant and/or its registered engineer. The potential loan
applicant and/or its registered engineer may request a pre-application conference with the
Department as early in the application process as practical.
