utilities
(c)
One representative of the cable industry
(2)
By the Lieutenant Governor:
(a)
One representative of the excavation, utility and/or site construction
industry
(b)
One representative of the Electric Power Associations of
Mississippi
(c)
One representative of the natural gas or liquid transmission industry
(d)
One representative of the natural gas or liquid distribution industry
(3)
By specified entities:
(a)
The President of Mississippi 811, Inc., or his designee;
(b)
The Executive Director of the Mississippi Department of
Transportation, or his designee;
(c)
The Executive Director of the Mississippi Association of
Professional Surveyors, Inc., or his designee;
(d)
The Executive Director of the Mississippi Association of
Supervisors, or his designee;
(e)
The Executive Director of the Mississippi Municipal League, or his
designee;
(f)
The Executive Director of the Mississippi Homebuilders
