- 39 MAC Pt. 101, Ch. 13, R. 1.1As used within this chapter, these terms denote the following:

- 39 MAC Pt. 101, Ch. 13, R. 1.3This chapter shall apply to all persons with duties and obligations under Title 77,

- 39 MAC Pt. 101, Ch. 13, R. 2.2The Executive Committee shall elect a chairman and vice chairman to serve for
- 39 MAC Pt. 101, Ch. 13, R. 3.1The Board consists of sixteen members, appointed as follows:

- 39 MAC Pt. 101, Ch. 13, R. 7.1The Executive Committee shall determine and assess penalties according to Miss
- 39 MAC Pt. 101, Ch. 13, R. 7.2Any person with a substantial interest in the matter may request a declaratory
- 39 MAC Pt. 101, Ch. 13, R. 7.3The Board will issue a declaratory opinion regarding the applicability to specified
- 39 MAC Pt. 101, Ch. 13, R. 7.4The Board may, for good cause, refuse to issue a declaratory opinion
- 39 MAC Pt. 101, Ch. 13, R. 7.5Each request must be printed or typewritten, or legibly handwritten
- 39 MAC Pt. 101, Ch. 13, R. 7.6All requests must be mailed, delivered, or transmitted via facsimile to the Board
- 39 MAC Pt. 101, Ch. 13, R. 7.7Each request must include the full name, telephone number, and, mailing address of
- 39 MAC Pt. 101, Ch. 13, R. 7.8Each request shall contain the following:
- 39 MAC Pt. 101, Ch. 13, R. 7.9Within forty-five (45) days after the receipt of a request for a declaratory opinion
- 39 MAC Pt. 101, Ch. 13, R. 7.10The forty-five (45) day period shall begin on the first State of Mississippi business
- 39 MAC Pt. 101, Ch. 13, R. 7.11A declaratory opinion shall not become final until the expiration of sixty (60) days
- 39 MAC Pt. 101, Ch. 13, R. 7.12The Board may give notice to any person, agency, or entity that a declaratory
- 39 MAC Pt. 101, Ch. 13, R. 7.13Declaratory opinions and requests for declaratory opinions shall be available for
- 39 MAC Pt. 101, Ch. 13, R. 7.14Any declaratory opinion rendered by the Board shall be binding only on the Board

- 39 MAC Pt. 101, Ch. 13, R. 10.1Where upon initial review of a complaint, documents submitted simultaneously
- 39 MAC Pt. 101, Ch. 13, R. 10.2The Executive Secretary may issue citations without any further investigation or
- 39 MAC Pt. 101, Ch. 13, R. 11.1For an activity to be Routine Maintenance, the activity must be performed
- 39 MAC Pt. 101, Ch. 13, R. 11.2The following activities, if performed in accordance with Rule 11.1, shall be
