Loan Payoff Requests. A Licensee shall provide the loan payoff amount within three (3) business days of an oral or written request from a borrower or receipt from a third party of written proof of the borrower’s authorization to disclose the loan payoff amount. A business day does not include a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday. No fee may be charged for providing a payoff amount.
