Repayment of Funds

Repayment of Funds. Grant Agreements executed by MDA shall have provisions for the repayment of funds by eligible applicants if the grant provided by MDA was based upon fraudulent information provided by the applicant or the applicant fails to meet performance metric requirements as described in the grant agreement.
