Mississippi Employment Protection Act. All grant recipients entering into grant agreements with the Mississippi Development Authority must represent and warrant that they will ensure compliance with the Mississippi Employment Protection Act and will register and participate in the E-Verify System, the federal employment status verification system, of all newly hired employees.
