Time Limitation on Use of Grant Funds. The Applicant will be required to expend all MMSIGF proceeds within two years from the date of grant approval, unless a waiver at MDA’s discretion is granted upon good cause shown. If the funds are not drawn within the two years, MDA will have the option to adjust the grant to the actual disbursements and recall the remaining funds.
