School Donations

School Donations In accordance with Miss. Code Ann. §§37-139-5, 37-139-11, 37-140-7, 37-140-11, and 43-5-1, the State Board of Education, on behalf of the special State Schools, is authorized to receive and accept all bequests, devices, and donations made or which in the future be made to or for it. The SBE hereby delegates the authority of accepting such bequests, devices, and donations to the Superintendent or the Executive Director of the special state schools.
