Labeling: Prior to an issuance of a permit to a manufacturer of frozen desserts

Labeling: Prior to an issuance of a permit to a manufacturer of frozen desserts regulated by the State Department of Health, labels shall be submitted to the Health Authority for review and approval. All containers and packages enclosing frozen dessert products defined in this regulation shall be labeled in accordance with the applicable requirements of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act as amended, the Nutrition Labeling and Education Act of 1990 and 21 CFR Part 101.
