Inspections

Inspections 1. Observation and examination of the hospice operation shall be available at all reasonable hours to properly identified representatives of the Department. 2. The Department shall conduct inspections of all Parent and Branch units annually. 3. Hospice inspections shall include personal contacts with recipients of the hospice service.
