Examination

Examination. A. A license applicant shall be required to take such examinations as may be prescribed by MDEQ. Examinations will normally be administered to test: (1) general knowledge of groundwater resources and wells, (2) specialized knowledge in equipment, techniques, and practices appropriate to the license being sought, and (3) specific knowledge of state laws, regulations, and construction standards.
