Fees. A. License Fee – Upon passing the examination, the annual license fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) must be paid before the license will be issued. The fee must be paid by check, money order, or electronic payment directed to MDEQ. Do not send cash. B. Renewal Fee - An annual renewal fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) must be paid to MDEQ with the request for renewal of a license. C. Late Fees – A late fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per month, or any fraction thereof, will be assessed for renewal or reinstatement requests received after the expiration date of the last valid license.
