Equipment. All drilling rigs, water trucks, service vehicles and other vehicles used in the normal drilling, construction, completion, or reworking of wells and boreholes, and/or the installation of pumping equipment must have the name of the licensee (person, firm, or corporation), and the letters “MS Lic.” with the appropriate license number prominently and legibly displayed on both sides of the vehicle. The letters and numerals shall be not less than two (2) inches in height and be placed on a background of contrasting color. Drill rigs shall be registered with MDEQ, for identification purpose only, by completing and submitting forms provided by MDEQ for that purpose.
