Council Structure and Purpose: The Council shall consist of five (5) members

Council Structure and Purpose: The Council shall consist of five (5) members as set forth in the Act, for the terms indicated therein, and shall serve under the jurisdiction of the Mississippi State Board of Health. The purpose of the Council is to aid the Board in administering the provisions of the Act.
