- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 1.1.1Purpose: The purpose of these regulations is to safeguard the public's health,

- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 1.5.2Production and Display of License: A person issued a license to practice

- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 1.8.1Standards of Conduct: Licensees may, at the discretion of the Board, have their
- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 1.8.2Summary Suspension: The Board may summarily suspend a license without a
- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 1.8.3Complaints: All complaints concerning a licensee, his business, or professional
- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 1.8.4Investigation: All complaints will be investigated and evaluated by the
- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 1.8.5Notice of Charges and Hearing:
- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 1.8.6Board Sanctions: The Board may impose any of the following sanctions, singly
- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 1.8.7Appeal: Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Board shall have a right of
- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 1.9.1Exceptions: No person shall represent himself to be an athletic trainer unless he
- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 1.10.1Offenses: It is a violation for any person to:
- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 1.10.2Punishment: Such violation shall be punishable by a fine of not less than One
- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 1.11.1Method of Payment: The following fees, where applicable, are payable to the
- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 1.11.2Schedule of Fees:
- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 1.12.1Administrative Appeals: All persons aggrieved by a decision regarding the
- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 1.12.2Notification: Written notice will be provided to all applicants regarding denial of
- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 1.12.3Hearing: If requested in writing within the specified time frame a hearing will be
- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 2.1.1Legal Authority: The State Board of Health is authorized to establish and

- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 3.4.1Licensure Requirements: An applicant for licensure shall submit to the
- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 3.4.2Provisional License: The Board may, in its discretion, issue a provisional license
- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 3.4.3Direct Technical Supervision: Direct technical supervision shall mean a
- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 3.4.4Conditions of a Universal Occupational License:
- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 3.4.5Abandonment: An application shall be deemed abandoned by the Department if,
- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 3.5.1Practice, Titles and Abbreviation: It shall be unlawful for any person,
- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 3.5.2Production and Display of License: A person issued a license to practice
- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 3.6.1General Provisions:
- 15 MAC Pt. 19, R. 3.6.2Procedure for Renewal of License: The Department shall mail notices, at least
