Council Structure and Purpose: The Council shall consist of six (6) members as set forth in the Act, for the terms indicated therein, and shall serve under the jurisdiction of the Board. The purpose of the Council is to serve in an advisory capacity to the Board in matters relating to the administration and interpretation of provisions of the Act.
