Roof Inspection

Roof Inspection.
A. All state agencies, departments and institutions are required to cooperate with the DFA in
validating the condition of each roof of buildings not planned for demolition by one of the
following methods not less than every three [3] years:
1. Visual inspection by institution or agency facilities’ staff;
2. Visual inspection by a licensed architect or engineer; or
3. Thermal imaging inspection.
