Filing and Service

Filing and Service. Filings shall be submitted in the manner prescribed by the Department. The Department may accept filings by electronic means, mail, hand delivery, courier, or other approved method. A filing is not complete until received by the Department in the required form and accompanied by any required fee. Electronic submissions shall be deemed filed when successfully received by the Department.
