Applicability

Applicability. This Manual applies to all persons and entities seeking, holding, opposing, or otherwise participating in matters involving: a Certificate of Need; a Page 3 — Mississippi State Department of Health Determination of Reviewability; a Change of Ownership Review; an Emergency CON; a request for extension, modification, withdrawal, revocation, rescission, or other post-approval action; a public hearing, administrative appeal, or judicial review arising under the CON Program; or any other approval, determination, or administrative action administered by the Department under the CON Program.
