Conditions of Approval

Conditions of Approval. The Department may recommend or impose conditions reasonably necessary to ensure compliance with applicable law and project parameters, protect the public interest, promote access to care, ensure project implementation, or address issues identified during review. Conditions shall be stated in writing. Failure to comply with conditions may constitute grounds for enforcement action, revocation, rescission, denial of future requests, or other action authorized by law.
