Verification and Independent Evaluation

Verification and Independent Evaluation. The Department may independently evaluate information submitted by an applicant and may consider information obtained from public records, governmental sources, published studies, surveys, utilization data, licensure records, accreditation records, and other reliable sources. The Department may conduct site visits, inspections, meetings, conferences, or other investigative activities reasonably necessary to evaluate an application, and may consult with experts, advisors, governmental agencies, and other qualified individuals.
