Hearing Officer Recommendation

Hearing Officer Recommendation. After the hearing is closed and after the hearing officer has had an opportunity to review, study, and analyze the evidence, the hearing officer shall prepare a written recommendation. The recommendation shall be issued no later than forty-five (45) calendar days after the hearing is closed. A copy of the hearing officer’s recommendation shall be sent to the parties before the State Health Officer’s decision is announced.
