Post-Approval Change of Ownership. Any post-approval ownership transaction shall be reported to the Department in accordance with applicable law and Department procedures. The Department may require submission of documentation concerning ownership and management structure, financing arrangements, operational control, asset transfers, and other matters relevant to review. A Certificate of Need is not transferable from one person or entity to another except with the approval of the Department.
