Revocation and Rescission

Revocation and Rescission. The Department may revoke or rescind a Certificate of Need where authorized by law. Grounds may include material misrepresentation, fraud, failure to comply with conditions of approval, failure to comply with applicable law, or other grounds authorized by law. Before revocation, rescission, or other adverse action, the Department shall provide any notice and opportunity for hearing required by law.
