Electronic Technology and Filing. The Department may utilize electronic systems, document-management systems, electronic filing systems, virtual meeting platforms, electronic publication systems, and other technologies necessary for efficient administration of the Certificate of Need Program. To the extent permitted by law, the Department may accept electronic signatures, certifications, attestations, acknowledgments, and filings, which may be given the same force and effect as original paper submissions.
