Administrative Error

Administrative Error. Clerical errors, typographical errors, mathematical errors, formatting errors, or other non-substantive administrative errors shall not invalidate an application, determination, approval, review, proceeding, or other Department action unless substantial prejudice is demonstrated. The Department may correct such errors.
