Licenses Not Transferable

Licenses Not Transferable. No license issued by the Commission pursuant to the Charitable Bingo Law is transferable by name nor location. Any license issued under this Act is a privilege and no personal property interest or rights of any kind exist therein and all such licenses must be surrendered to the Commission upon request.
