Privacy and Security Training A. The Mississippi Department of Human Services ensures that all workforce members receive training regarding the privacy and security requirements of applicable Federal and State laws, as well as the privacy and security policies and procedures of the Agency. All workforce members are trained how to identify, report, and prevent potential privacy and security incidents. B. Privacy and security training are ongoing throughout an employee’s tenure with the Agency.
