Sending Agency Authority – If a request under regulations 2 or 4 is approved, the Sending Agency has the authority to determine whether the placement will be used. The Receiving State’s approval of a Regulation 2 placement expires six (6) months from the date ICPC-100A is signed by the Receiving State. The Receiving State’s approval of a Regulation 4 placement expires thirty (30) days from the date ICPC-100A is signed by the Receiving State.
